Payment and cancellation terms

We will require a deposit equal to the first night's tarrif upon booking.

All outstanding balances to be paid upon arrival, by cash cheque or most major credit/debit cards.

May we remind you that a booking is a legaly binding contract, so if for any reason you have to cancel or shorten your booking, you are liable to pay in full. No refund of monies paid will be made, (unless we are able to relet).

All deposits are non-refundable.

Check in times are between 2pm and 6pm. (if you wish a later check in time please contact us to arrange this)

Check out time is 10 am on day of departure.

We strongly recomend you use a holiday insurance facility.
